Shipping & Refund Policy

DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC SHIPPING IS 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS BEHIND SCHEDULE. THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE.

For orders to the U.S. and Canada please allow 1-2 days for processing and 3 to 7 business days for delivery. Normal delivery times may experience delays during holiday seasons.

International orders may take up to approximately 21 days (depending on your location). Orders to the UK or Australia usually take 7 to 10 business days.

International customers are responsible for any and all custom duties, taxes and brokerage fees that their package may incur. If you are a customer ordering from outside of the U.S. please be aware that your order maybe subject to import taxes, duties and fees set by the custom agencies etc. of your country.

It is important to note that international orders may experience delays caused by your countries customs agency. We are not responsible for any delays caused by your countries customs agency however please contact us if your order is held by your countries customs agency and we will try to help you if we can.

Customers are responsible for additional shipping charges caused by submitting inaccurate or incomplete shipping details or address.

Returns

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credita different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
